Divimath, Inc. Warranty, Return & Exchange Policy

At Divimath, Inc., we design and manufacture professional-grade digital video systems with precision and care. However, due to the nature of FPV and related applications, our warranty coverage is limited to products that are Dead on Arrival (DOA).

Warranty Coverage

We will replace or repair any product found to be DOA, provided that:

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery; and
  • The item has not been installed, modified, or damaged after receipt.

All warranty claims require:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation), and
  • Photo or video documentation clearly showing the issue.

Divimath reserves the right to inspect or test returned products before approving any replacement or refund.

Exclusions

Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or modification is not covered under warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any crash, even a light one
  • Hard or failed landings
  • Incorrect soldering or wiring
  • Reverse polarity or power connection errors
  • Insufficient cooling or overheating
  • Powering on a VTX without an antenna connected
  • Operation outside rated voltage, temperature, or environmental limits
  • Disassembly or modification of the hardware or firmware

We reserve the right to deny claims that show signs of physical damage, liquid ingress, modification, or other misuse.

Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us first at NDAA@DivimathInc.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

FAQ

Q: How do Divimath NDAA-compliant products differ from HDZero products?

A: Divimath NDAA-compliant products are similar to the proven HDZero digital video system but are built specifically to meet U.S. government sourcing and compliance requirements. Divimath NDAA-compliant products add a key feature: encrypted digital video transmission. This encryption protects against unauthorized viewing and is exclusive to the NDAA-compliant product line. While Divimath NDAA products remain compatible with HDZero receivers when encryption is disabled, encrypted video streams can only be viewed using Divimath NDAA-compliant receivers. HDZero receivers cannot decode encrypted video from Divimath NDAA transmitters.

Q: What does NDAA compliance mean?

A: NDAA compliance ensures that our products meet U.S. government regulations regarding sourcing and manufacturing. Divimath's NDAA-compliant products are free from restricted components and are suitable for use in federal, defense, and other sensitive applications requiring secure supply chains.

Q: Where are Divimath products made?

A: Divimath products are manufactured in Thailand and owned by Divimath, Inc., a U.S.-based company. This provides transparency and security in our supply chain while supporting domestic engineering and support services.

Q: How does Divimath’s video system compare to analog?

A: Unlike analog systems, Divimath’s digital video technology eliminates image warping and color shifting, offering consistently clear visuals. Our system also offers similar range and predictable signal recovery, with none of the stutters or freezes common in other digital systems.

Q: What is the video latency of Divimath’s system?

A: Divimath’s video transmission offers industry-leading, sub-3ms glass-to-glass latency with no frame-to-frame variation—far lower than typical digital systems, which can have 30-200ms of delay.

Q: Can Divimath systems work with existing analog setups?

A: Yes. Our video systems include a built-in analog video receiver and HDMI input for seamless integration with existing infrastructure, making upgrades simple and cost-effective.

Q: How does Divimath's digital video encryption work?

Divimath digital link is encrypted using AES256.
Encryption occurs at the physical layer which means:

  • It is almost impossible to hack the link without a Divimath receiver
  • A Divimath receiver without correct password is not able to receive video

Encryption can be disabled if desired (e.g. at racing events).
